How It All Started
It started on a slow tournament morning when the fish just weren't biting anything on the market. Frustrated and determined, we went home and started experimenting — mixing plastics, testing scents, and dialing in colors that actually matched what the fish were eating.
Word spread fast. Other anglers started asking for the same baits. What began as a garage hobby turned into a full-blown operation, hand-pouring every batch with the same care and attention we'd want in our own tackle box.
Today, The Tackle Box Co. ships custom and ready-made baits to anglers across the country — from weekend warriors to tournament pros. Every product is still made in small batches, by hand, with the same obsession for quality that started it all.

Every single batch
How We Make It
Small Batches. Big Results.
No mass production. No shortcuts. Every bait is hand-poured using premium-grade plastisol and tested on the water before it ever ships.
01
Source Premium Materials
We use only high-grade plastisol, professional-grade colorants, and proven scent formulas — the same stuff the pros use.
02
Hand-Pour Every Batch
Each bait is poured by hand in small batches. No injection molding, no automation — just skill and consistency.
03
Test on the Water
Before anything ships, we test it. If it doesn't catch fish in real conditions, it doesn't leave the shop.
04
Pack & Ship Fresh
Orders are packed fresh and shipped fast. Custom orders are typically ready within 5–7 business days.
